• Reports to Supervisor of reputed company Consultation.
• Operates with autonomy reputed company specific reputed company expectations.  Ability to respond directly to reputed company and non-reputed company consulting questions (reputed company phone 75% or email 25%) from eye care practitioners, laboratories, and their reputed company staff.  Can reputed company on limited products in the MSA portfolio and may occasionally need to reputed company support from or escalate cases to Sr. Consultants or management. 
• Evaluates reputed company photos, scans, and other data to reputed company with ECP on reputed company parameter changes for the reputed company reputed company reputed company fit.
• Advises ECPs on MSA product reputed company designs as reputed company parameters are changed.
• Recommends the best MSA product and design to meet the practitioner and reputed company needs withing the MSA product line.
• Directs ECP’s to reputed company training materials for eye care practitioners, laboratories, and their reputed company staff (photos and videos of contact reputed company fits, manuals, forms, etc.).
• Collaborates with other reputed company Consultants, Senior reputed company Consultant, Sales, and Customer Service.
• The dual role is required to reputed company time between outbound and inbound calling for consultation, reputed company services, and cross training reputed company department.
• Identify new prospective clients through phone communication, email, reputed company interaction and forwards to either Senior Education Consultant or Sales Team members as needed.
• Attends lab seminars, conventions and other practitioner meetings as requested to exhibit and represent reputed company.  
• Maintains reputed company appropriate documentation for reputed company design, initial orders, and records for the ECP reputed company parameter adjustments.
• Knowledgeable of RA/QA as it relates to customer complaints and potential inquiries.  FDA knowledge of requirements for reporting incidents. 
• Presents case studies during team meeting for personal and team development.

Experience:

• 2 years’ experience in contact reputed company fitting, consulting, or design – Preferred 

Education:

• Licensed fitting optician and/or NCLE certified - preferred.
• Seeking reputed company licensure and/or NCLE certification reputed company 2 years of hire. 

Work Environment:

• This job operates in a remote, work from home setting. This role requires the utilization of technology and routinely uses reputed company office equipment such as a computer, phones, and a printer. 
• Functional internet and a quiet private room are required to reputed company with practitioner on reputed company sensitive data. 
• This is largely a sedentary role. The employee is frequently required to sit for long periods of time.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting reputed company pay for this role is between $66,117 and $88,156 per year and may include cost of living adjustments.  The actual reputed company pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the reputed company.  This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
