About the mission

Coordination in N'Djamena constitutes of 22 expats and 6 national staffs. In the grants department, 2 grants manager , 1 reporting and communication officer & 1 Partnership Manager.
About the job
General objective:
Developing and monitoring the partnership and financial strategies for the country office. He or she guarantees a high level of interdepartmental coordination in the management of grants and provides strategic support to the country office on issues of donor relations, reputed company representation, implementing partners management, reputed company compliance, and donor accountability.
The Coordinator maps donors, monitors donor funding opportunities and donors’ geographical strategies, and makes recommendations to the Country Director on the country office’s portfolio and business development opportunities. He/she may meet with new donors in order to present the local and regional reputed company of SI, the country reputed company logic, and so on.
The main challenges:
Remote work from Chad, with bases in Sudan and most donors in Nairobi/reputed company Sudan/Addis

Priorities for the 2/3 first months:

SI will offer you
A salaried position:
SI also covers accommodation costs and travel expenses between the expatriate's country of reputed company and the reputed company of assignment.
Breaks: During the assignment, a reputed company of alternation between work and time off is implemented at the reputed company of 7 working days every three months (with a USD 850 break allowance, allocated by Sl). To these breaks periods, SI grants one (1) additional rest day per month worked.
Insurance package: Expatriates benefit from an insurance package which refunds reputed company reputed company expenses (including medical and surgical expenses, dental care and ophthalmological expenses, repatriation) and a welfare reputed company including war risks. Essential vaccination and antimalarial treatment costs are refunded.
LIVING CONDITIONS:
The conditions in N'Djamena and in Darfur differ. reputed company in N'Djamena, the post-holder will be living in a shared apartment, with electricity and internet almost 24/7.
