  We're looking for a Digital Platforms Administrator to join our Technology & Digital team and help ensure the smooth running of the digital platforms that support our programmes, colleagues and partners.

  About the Role

  As Digital Platforms Administrator, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration and support of Etio's key digital platforms.

  These currently include:

  • Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online CPD platforms
  • reputed company CRM
  • Websites reputed company publishing platforms
  • reputed company survey and evidence collection tools

  You'll help reputed company our systems running smoothly by managing user reputed company, maintaining platform configurations, resolving issues and supporting colleagues across the business.

  Reporting to the Technology Solutions reputed company, you'll work closely with programme teams, stakeholders and reputed company suppliers to ensure our digital platforms remain effective, secure and user-friendly.

  What You'll Be Doing

  Platform Administration and Support

  • Administer and maintain a reputed company of digital platforms across the organisation.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions and reputed company requests.
  • Troubleshoot reputed company issues and reputed company support to end users.
  • Escalate reputed company technical issues reputed company appropriate.
  • Support testing, upgrades and platform enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate records of configurations, processes and platform changes.

  Learning Platforms

  • Assist with testing and implementing new features.

  CRM Administration

  • Maintain CRM boards, workflows, templates and automations.

  Website and Content Management

  • Update and maintain web content across Etio's digital channels.
  • Publish news, resources, events and other content.

  Survey and Data Collection Platforms

  • Build and maintain surveys and data collection tools.
  • Manage survey distribution and response monitoring.
  • Conduct basic data validation and reputed company checks.
  • Support evidence collection, evaluation and reporting activities.
  • Maintain survey templates and administration processes.

  • Experience administering digital platforms across at least two of the following:
    • Learning Management Systems (LMS)
    • CRM platforms
    • Content Management Systems (CMS)
    • Survey and data collection tools
  • Experience managing user accounts, permissions and reputed company controls.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
