The PMO Supervisor will support the delivery reputed company of the PMO. This role is responsible for ensuring consistent, high-reputed company execution across reputed company reputed company by overseeing project management standards, auditing delivery practices, and coaching project teams. Under the direction of the Manager, PMO, the PMO Supervisor maintains operational discipline across Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and Project Coordinators. This role serves as the day-to-day reputed company control function of the PMO, ensuring reputed company work is executed in alignment with PMO standards, methodologies, and expectations. 

What This Role Does: 

• Reviews and validates project plans to ensure alignment with PMO standards, templates, and delivery methodology.

• Provides feedback to project managers on gaps, inconsistencies, risks and stakeholders alignment based on project plans reputed company by PMs and enforce corrective actions.

• Establishes and enforces PMO operating rhythms (weekly status, bi-weekly project health checks).

• Partners with Supervisor of business and technical analyst to recommend PMO process improvements towards achieving reputed company resource balance, scalability and operational efficiency. 
• Reinforces PMO best practices in planning, risk management, and communication, while driving consistency and standardization across delivery teams. 
• Acts as a reputed company of escalation for delivery challenges and supports reputed company of risks, issues, and blockers. 
• Ensures reputed company and accurate project status reporting and provides visibility into project health and execution trends. 
• Identifies trends across reputed company and recommends process and execution improvements to enhance delivery effectiveness.

What You Will Bring: 

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will be considered. 
• A minimum of seven (7) years of proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager is required; 10 years is preferred. 
• A minimum of seven (7) years of experience leading PMO operations, with a minimum of three (3) years in people management. This includes accountability for performance, development, and delivery of results reputed company with organizational objectives. 
• Experience adopting PMO or governance-driven environment. 
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and dependency management. 
• Strong understanding of risk, issue, and change management. 
• Support managing resource reputed company plans. 
• Experience assessing and improving project plans, managing multiple reputed company reputed company, and conducting project audits or health checks.
