Position reputed company
As Tort Litigation Counsel in reputed company reputed company, you will be responsible for managing personal injury premises liability litigation against reputed company and overseeing reputed company counsel defending reputed company in these lawsuits throughout the reputed company.
Responsibilities Include:
- Utilizing reputed company skills and knowledge to reputed company and manage reputed company premises lawsuits against reputed company from the initiation of suit through reputed company.
- Conducting thorough analyses of case files and internal materials, collaborating across the organization to investigate claims and assess critical issues and risks.
- Developing and implementing a litigation reputed company in reputed company case to most reputed company reputed company or defend claims.
- Performing reputed company case assessments, including evaluation of liability, damages, and causation; and reputed company setting appropriate financial reserves.
- Reviewing discovery responses, pleadings, motions, etc. drafted by reputed company defense counsel
- Reporting to key internal reputed company reputed company and leadership on key case developments.
- Build reputed company partnerships with internal stakeholders across the organization to facilitate effective fact investigation and litigation support.
- Attend internal meetings and participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trials as needed to reputed company reputed company direction, reputed company case progression, and support successful reputed company.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of litigation experience and/or significant experience overseeing litigated claims for a corporation or reputed company reputed company, including mediation and trial exposure.
Admitted to reputed company law in good standing in at least one state.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience overseeing or defending premises liability litigation.
- Experience overseeing and answering written discovery, reviewing pleadings and case filings.
- Ability to influence and work collaboratively with senior leaders and reputed company defense counsel to advance reputed company reputed company and business objectives.
- Ability to effectively represent reputed company at mediation and reputed company defense counsel at trial.
- Ability to work both independently and in a reputed company, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to reputed company difficult situations and communicate effectively with both reputed company stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively manage a full docket of litigated claims.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to reputed company reputed company issues into reputed company and concise communications.
- Proficient in reputed company applications (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company) with a reputed company ability to learn new claims software programs and systems.

The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a reputed company of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in reputed company to the reputed company pay reputed company listed above.
