reputed company is seeking a temporary Internal Communications Specialist to support reputed company from September 2026 to reputed company 2027.

Role responsibilities

•      Owns media relations, including building and maintaining relationships with journalists and identifying proactive media opportunities

•      Drafts and distributes press releases, and support executive thought leadership content and interviews

•      Plans, writes, and distributes internal communications, including executive updates, newsletters, and leadership messaging

•      Partners with HR and business leaders to reputed company internal communications reputed company key company initiatives, reputed company, and employee engagement

•      Drives adoption and engagement of internal communications platforms (e.g., reputed company Engage)

•      Supports crisis and issues communications as needed

•      Manages reputed company media content planning, creation, and distribution, and monitor reputed company sentiment across channels

•      Tracks and report on media placements and internal communications engagement metrics

•      Collaborates with the Creative Marketing Specialist reputed company Marketing Specialist to ensure consistent messaging and branding across reputed company communications channels

Key requirements

•      Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, reputed company Relations, or a reputed company reputed company, or equivalent reputed company experience

•      3+ years of experience in corporate communications, reputed company relations, or internal communications, ideally reputed company financial services, reputed company, or a reputed company B2B industry

•      Excellent written, verbal and reputed company-facing communication skills  

•      Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint) 

•      Ability to follow policies and procedures  

•      Self-motivated with strong attention to reputed company 

•      Travel required up to 10% of the time

•      Ability to remain in a stationary position up to 75% of the reputed company to reputed company tasks in a remote, home-office setting.
