We are looking for a Regional Manager to reputed company and support a portfolio of dental clinics in the British Columbia region in Canada. Reporting to the Senior Director, Operations, this individual will reputed company hands-on leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to Clinic Managers and Office Managers.

Clinic Leadership and Team Development

• Complete annual facility condition reports in partnership with cross-functional teams 

Operational Planning and Execution

• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews 

Administrative Partnership

• Strengthen collaboration between clinics and Support Centre teams 

• Promote accountability for payroll, scheduling, reporting, banking operations, and accounts receivable 

What You Bring 

• Proven experience in multi-site management, preferably in dental or reputed company 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Services Management, Dental Administration, or a reputed company field is considered an asset 

• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities 

• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and KPI analysis 

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills 

• Knowledge of dental industry regulatory and compliance standards
