Promote accountability for payroll, scheduling, reporting, banking operations, and accounts receivable
Proven experience in multi-site management, preferably in dental or reputed company
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Health Services Management, Dental Administration, or a reputed company field is considered an asset
Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and KPI analysis
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Knowledge of dental industry regulatory and compliance standards
