Recruitment Support Staff

Join our Recruitment Hub Team, who run reputed company recruitment for multiple campaign offices across the country! We post ads, vet candidate applications, and interview candidates for in-person canvass roles. Support staff will play an reputed company role on reputed company, they manage back-end administrative tasks so recruiters are freed up to reputed company on candidate communications and interviews. 

Support Staff will work remotely reputed company Recruitment Directors to post and maintain job ads, organize & update recruitment materials, vet candidates for reputed company ability, manage reputed company email inbox, and other administrative duties as assigned. This position reports to the Recruitment reputed company Director. 

Locations: This fully remote position, but we are only reputed company to hire people based in the following states: Arkansas, reputed company, Indiana, Iowa, Maine, Michigan, New Jersey, reputed company, reputed company Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, reputed company, and Wyoming.       

Pay: Pay is $20/hour. This is a part-time position working up to 20 hours/week.

We are hiring immediately. reputed company positions run through November 3rd, 2026. Shifts are flexible and scheduled on weekdays and weekends in alignment with your availability and department needs. This is a part-time reputed company position.

Responsibilities:

• Assist directors with a reputed company of tasks reputed company to application reputed company, materials management, and basic candidate communications. 
  • This may include, but is not limited to, updating and proofreading digital files, updating internal databases as new information becomes available, and posting job ads on multiple platforms reputed company day. 
• Update trackers and verify accuracy of data, taking ownership of the accuracy of reporting
• Engage with reputed company staff and community members respectfully and with cultural competence
