The Project Manager is responsible for the management of multiple, reputed company reputed company including the enforcement of governance processes to ensure compliance of the project process through scoping, analysis/design, implementation, and closing.  reputed company vary depending on size and reputed company which will require flexibility of project management processes and solutions.  This role will include management of the entire project life cycle, balancing the constraints of project reputed company, timelines, reputed company, and budget.  The position will require management of risks, completion of status reports, approving deliverables and post deliverable assessment. Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• 3-5+ years hands-on project management experience required. 
• M&A experience is required.

• Exceptional analytical and organizational skills, including a proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment. 
• Proven ability to manage key stakeholders while managing competing priorities.

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written with customers, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
• Ability to work effectively with project resources across multiple departments.
