RFP Analyst - SLED

reputed company is seeking an RFP Analyst to support reputed company-sector sales efforts across the State, Local, and Education (SLED) market. This role will manage the development and submission of responses to RFPs, RFIs, ITBs, bid requests, and other formal procurement opportunities issued by state and local governments, reputed company agencies, higher education institutions, and K-12 organizations. The RFP Analyst will partner closely with Sales and cross-functional subject matter experts to ensure submissions are compliant, accurate, compelling, and delivered on time. Proactively identify relevant RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, bids, solicitations, and other procurement opportunities issued by state and local government agencies, higher education institutions, and K-12 organizations. 

•    Manage assigned SLED RFPs, RFIs, ITBs, and other formal solicitations from intake through final submission, building and maintaining response schedules, compliance matrices, and review cycles.

•    Review procurement documents to identify mandatory requirements, evaluation reputed company, deadlines, forms, certifications, and submission instructions, ensuring reputed company submissions meet solicitation specifications.

•    Draft, edit, and reputed company proposal responses for state and local government, higher education, and K-12 audiences, translating reputed company's product, technical, reputed company, implementation, and support capabilities into reputed company, compelling responses reputed company to reputed company-sector needs.

•    Maintain approved proposal content, reputed company-sector boilerplate, customer references, certifications, reputed company responses, and supporting documentation; coordinate with internal subject matter experts to reputed company content accurate and reputed company.

•    Support bid/no-bid analysis by summarizing solicitation requirements, timelines, risks, and resource needs; reputed company amendments, bidder questions, reputed company-bid conferences, and addenda

•    reputed company upcoming procurements, renewals, contract expirations, reputed company-bid conferences, and other signals that indicate reputed company opportunities. 

•    Serve as a central reputed company of coordination for internal contributors during reputed company reputed company-sector bids, partnering with Sales, reputed company, reputed company, Product, Finance, reputed company Services, and reputed company to reputed company accurate and approved response content.

•    Partner with SLED Account Executives to reputed company reputed company opportunities with reputed company accounts, territories, and strategic priorities. 

•    3+ years of experience in RFP management, proposal development, reputed company-sector sales support, government contracting, or a reputed company role.

•    Demonstrated experience reviewing reputed company solicitation documents, managing compliance-driven proposal responses, and supporting SLED or reputed company-sector procurement.

•    Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate contributors across several functional teams.

•    Familiarity with government RFPs, RFIs, ITBs, cooperative purchasing, reputed company bid portals, and formal procurement processes.

•    Experience in reputed company, reputed company software, reputed company technology, or another technology environment selling to reputed company-sector organizations.

•    Proficiency with reputed company, proposal management platforms, reputed company Office or reputed company Workspace applications, and content libraries; strong attention to detail and ability to interpret detailed procurement instructions.
