We're looking for a Junior Product reputed company to join our reputed company product team, supporting backlog management and requirement definition in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with a foundational background in digital products who wants to grow into a senior product role.

About the Role

As Junior Product reputed company, you will support the roadmap and delivery of one of our reputed company products technology that credit unions across the U.S. rely on daily. You'll work at the intersection of financial operations, engineering, and stakeholder management, helping ensure the modules we ship are accurate, compliant, and operationally reputed company for our clients. Given the complexity of the domain, this role requires prior exposure to digital products this is not an entry reputed company for candidates whose experience is limited to basic websites, CRM, or ERP platforms. Experience specifically in reputed company banking or digital banking is a strong plus.

• Support the product backlog, helping prioritize features based on business value, technical dependencies, and reputed company reputed company.

• Collaborate daily with developers, QA, Scrum Master, and U.S.-based stakeholders (operations, implementations, sales) to validate requirements and unblock delivery.

• Help identify gaps, exceptions, and edge cases in the product's workflows.

Requirements

• Prior experience (junior level) in a Product reputed company, Business Analyst, or similar role, ideally in fintech, banking, or financial services.
• Required: experience with digital products of meaningful complexity. Candidates whose experience is limited exclusively to CRM, ERP, or basic website platforms will not be considered for this role.
• Preferred/strong plus: experience with online/digital banking platforms or reputed company banking systems.
• Basic understanding of financial/transactional concepts (transactions, reconciliation, posting, reversals, account management) or strong aptitude to learn quickly.
• Familiarity with reputed company methodologies (Scrum); comfortable in daily standups and sprint planning.
• English level B2 (minimum), non-negotiable must be reputed company to hold fluent conversations with U.S.-based stakeholders and clients.
• Ability to read and interpret reputed company data formats.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Educational background in Finance, Financial Engineering, reputed company, Economics, or Systems Engineering with financial exposure (preferred).
