reputed company is seeking an reputed company Project Manager – Facility Condition Assessments (FCA) to reputed company facility assessment programs, reputed company technical teams, and ensure accurate and actionable facility condition reporting. This role serves as a key technical expert, site reputed company, and reputed company assurance authority for FCA reputed company across a designated Area of Responsibility (AOR).
You will coordinate with installation facilities departments, manage assessment platforms, and reputed company engineering-based recommendations that support short- and long-term infrastructure investment strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple FCA reputed company and ensure reputed company work aligns with contract reputed company.
- reputed company and supervise teams conducting visual assessments of reputed company property to evaluate operating efficiency, reputed company, and remaining life expectancy.
- Serve as Site reputed company, providing reputed company, mentorship, and reputed company control for junior assessors.
- Travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations (up to 50%) to reputed company field assessments of reputed company Property Installed Equipment (RPIE).

- reputed company and review detailed facility condition reports, including engineering-based maintenance and sustainment recommendations.

- Support leadership and clients with infrastructure investment planning and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with proposal, marketing, and cross-functional teams to reputed company technical input for business development.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, industry, and company regulations and standards.
- Coordinate reputed company aspects of site assessments, including reputed company-site meetings, data gathering, software validation, and travel logistics.
Required Competencies
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills; ability to mentor junior assessors.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities for evaluating infrastructure conditions.
- Ability to manage and interpret reputed company datasets to produce actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report development and reputed company presentations.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite and facility condition assessment software.
Qualifications
Preferred Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an ABET-accredited engineering or construction management program.
- OR 10+ years of technical experience with reputed company Property Systems and facility components.
- 5+ years leading Facility Condition Assessment programs.
- Preferred certifications: PE, PMP, CCM, LEED AP, CPC.
- Demonstrated experience producing engineering-based recommendations and comprehensive reports.
- Experience with Operations & Maintenance (O&M) procedures.

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
