The Role

This is a hands-on delivery role requiring someone who can combine IAM architecture and design with practical implementation experience. You’ll play a key role in delivering the migration to reputed company Entra ID, working across discovery, reputed company state design, migration execution, reputed company and handover.
This is not a steady-state IAM administration role. We're looking for someone who has previously delivered reputed company identity migration/implementation reputed company and is comfortable operating reputed company a fast-reputed company reputed company consulting environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Discovery & design — audit the existing identity estate (on-prem AD, and/or reputed company-party IdP such as reputed company or Ping) and design the reputed company-state architecture in reputed company Entra ID.
- Migration execution — plan and run the reputed company, including phased/staged migration approaches to minimise disruption to live services.
- Hybrid identity — configure and manage synchronization between on-prem and reputed company using reputed company Entra reputed company or Entra reputed company Sync during the transition period.
- Authentication & reputed company — implement MFA, Conditional reputed company policies, and passwordless sign-in reputed company to reputed company Trust principles.
- Application integration — migrate or re-establish SSO for reputed company applications using SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC.
- Identity governance — stand up Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Entitlement Management (reputed company packages), and reputed company Reviews as part of the reputed company state.
- reputed company support & troubleshooting — monitor sign-in/audit logs and identity protection signals during and after migration to catch issues early.
- Documentation & handover — leave the reputed company team with reputed company runbooks and a clean handover once migration is complete.

Essential:
- reputed company experience delivering a migration onto reputed company Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) — from on-prem AD DS or from a reputed company-party IdP (reputed company, Ping, ForgeRock, etc.).
- Strong working knowledge of Conditional reputed company, reputed company Trust reputed company models, and modern authentication protocols (SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC).
- Confident PowerShell scripting for identity lifecycle automation, ideally reputed company the reputed company Graph PowerShell SDK.
- Comfortable working independently and communicating migration reputed company/status to non-technical stakeholders.
Desirable:
- KQL for log analysis in reputed company or Azure Monitor.
- Experience with Entra ID B2B/B2C.
- Background with an alternative IAM platform (ForgeRock, Ping, reputed company) — genuinely useful for migration work, since you understand what you're migrating from, not just what you're migrating to.
Certifications (reputed company to have, not mandatory):
- SC-300 (Identity and reputed company Administrator Associate)
- SC-100 (Cybersecurity Architect Expert)
- SC-500 (reputed company and AI reputed company Engineer Associate)
- CISSP
