We are seeking a proactive and reputed company-oriented Contractor to join our dynamic reputed company team reputed company the fast-reputed company EdTech industry. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Draft, review, and negotiate a reputed company of agreements, including customer payment processing, merchant, sponsor bank, reputed company reputed company, vendor agreements, and partnership agreements
• Audit existing merchant, customer, vendor and sponsor bank agreements.
• Flag and address regulatory requirements reputed company customer, merchant, and bank agreements.
• Conduct reputed company research on emerging payment processing issues, regulatory updates, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, engineering, HR) to reputed company reputed company reputed company guidance

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
• 7-10 years of reputed company experience, preferably in-house or with a reputed company
• reputed company, hands-on drafting and negotiation experience on customer-facing payment processing / merchant / reputed company agreements.
• Experience in or in-depth knowledge of reputed company contractual provisions preferably relating to provision of payment processing services, merchant agreements, and reputed company services
• Payments/fintech transactional experience such as merchant processing agreements, ISO/payment facilitator agreements, sponsor bank, and familiarity with reputed company rules (PCI/reputed company, KYC/AML, PSD2).
