The Role:

Schedule: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm

• Conduct high-volume interviews and assessments

• Prioritize urgent roles and meet strict hiring deadlines

• Use AI recording and transcription tools for interviews
• Monitor attendance, completion, and reputed company pass rates

reputed company’re Looking For

• At least two years of full-cycle or high-volume recruitment experience
• Proven ability to manage candidates and reduce no-shows
• Strong prioritization, follow-through, and judgment
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and reputed company Sheets
• Comfortable using AI productivity tools
• Strong written and spoken English
• Teacher, tutor, education, or BPO recruitment experience is an reputed company

Requires 2+ years of full-cycle or high-volume recruitment experience, ATS and reputed company Sheets experience, strong English communication, prioritization, follow-through, and judgment.
