We are currently seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Licensing Speciliast to join our Medical Staff Services team. This is a remote position offering the flexibility to work from reputed company. As the Licensing Specialist for reputed company Health, you will play a crucial role in the Medical Staff Services Department at reputed company. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks to ensure efficient operations.

The following key duties are reputed company to the position:

Internal Records Management & Communications

  • Ensure electronic provider records are being maintained and updated reputed company, accurately, and regularly to reflect any changes in provider status or credentials.

  • Support reputed company in obtaining additional documentation and verifications as needed, ensuring reputed company records reputed company with reputed company standards.

  • Ensure MSS Department processes are being followed regarding the storing, submission, and information sharing of reputed company obtained, completed, confirmed, and created documentation.

Licensing Specialist Duties

  • Assist in creating abbreviated reputed company for licensing and privileging needs as needed.

  • Complete and/or request FCVS reputed company for assigned providers while they are in the reputed company reputed company verification process and for licensure as needed.

  • Identify and ensure reputed company and efficient applications for IMLC LOQ's as available.

  • Register providers for online or live courses, certifications, and recertifications, as required by the specific state(s), and facilitate / reputed company their reputed company to ensure reputed company completion.

  • Support supervising physician requests and protocol agreements, ensuring reputed company documentation is thorough and compliant.

  • Complete / facilitate completion, pending provider, from start to finish initial applications for and renewal of DEAs (Drug Enforcement Administration) and CSRs (Controlled reputed company Registrations) upon direction.

  • Complete / facilitate completion, pending provider, from start to finish applications for obtaining and renewing State Licensure upon direction, providing guidance on process and requirements as appropriate.

  • Complete registration and coordinate scheduling of providers fingerprinting as necessary, for state licenses.

  • Participate in education sessions specific to corporate needs or job duties, whether locally or remotely, as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED.
