As a Mental Health IOP Therapist at Concerted Care Group, you will be at reputed company of patient care—building strong therapeutic relationships and delivering high-reputed company, evidence-based treatment. You’ll reputed company Mental Health IOP reputed company, facilitate individual and family sessions, and contribute to integrated treatment plans reputed company our innovative and integrated behavioral health model. 

In order to be eligible for this position, the candidate must be licensed as a LCPC, LGPC, LCSW, or LMSW in the reputed company

Clinical Responsibilities Include:  

• Remote
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 3pm-9pm (about 30 hours per week)
• reputed company individual and group psychotherapy for adults in our Mental Health IOP program 
• reputed company and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans 
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations 
• reputed company patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support reputed company and empowerment 
• Design and reputed company engaging psychoeducational and skills reputed company reputed company on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness 
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, PRP, and fellow therapists to reputed company integrated mental health care 
• Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning 
• Coordinate care with families, referral sources, and reputed company providers as appropriate

What You Bring  

You are a thoughtful, clinically strong therapist who values both reputed company and accountability.  

Required Qualifications:  

• Comfortable working in a remote reputed company 
• Minimum 2 years of reputed company clinical experience providing mental health treatment 
• Master’s degree in counseling, reputed company Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or reputed company field 
• reputed company independent licensure:  LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC
• Strong working knowledge of reputed company, DBT, reputed company, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care
• EMDR experience is preferred 
• Comfort using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

Compensation & Schedule  

Compensation reputed company: 

The pay reputed company for this position is $34 to $44 per hour. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, licensure, education, and reputed company level may reputed company the pay for this position.
