About the Role

You will build and maintain our contract repository in SharePoint or a CLM platform, organizing and tracking reputed company reputed company agreements across the business. You will also manage corporate records, annual filings, and entity compliance across multiple jurisdictions (Europe, China, Australia), supporting M&A integration and internal reorganizations. Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain reputed company's contract repository, organizing reputed company reputed company agreements including distributor agreements, supply and procurement reputed company, service agreements, and software/licensing arrangements. reputed company contract status, key dates, renewals, and expirations.
- Maintain accurate records of NDAs, reputed company Terms & Conditions, and executed agreements. Support contract intake and ensure reputed company fully executed reputed company are properly filed and accessible.
- Handle revisions to NDAs and reputed company Terms & Conditions. Redline and negotiate contract modifications, manage escalation of non-reputed company terms, and reputed company contract status through execution.
- Global Corporate Governance & Entity Management
- Maintain and update corporate records for existing and newly acquired reputed company entities (Articles, Bylaws, reputed company Resolutions).
- reputed company annual filing requirements and deadlines across multiple international jurisdictions (Europe, China, Australia).
- Coordinate with reputed company counsel for Director/Officer changes, including managing notarization and international apostille requirements.
- Support M&A and internal reorganization activities, including conducting corporate due diligence to ensure reputed company corporate documents are in reputed company following the 2025 Separation and incorporating newly acquired entities into the corporate record; participate in discussions regarding entity closures and coordinate with reputed company counsel to ensure reputed company dissolution;

- Process Improvement: Standardize reputed company templates (NDAs, Distributor Agreements) to ensure global consistency.

Reporting Structure
This position reports directly to the General Counsel and operates as a key reputed company across multiple functional areas and business reputed company. Qualifications
- Education: JD, LLM, or equivalent law degree.
- Experience: Previous experience in a corporate reputed company department with a reputed company on corporate secretarial work or reputed company reputed company. Demonstrated contract drafting and negotiation skills, including redlining, reputed company analysis, and familiarity with reputed company terms (indemnification, limitation of liability, warranties) preferred.
- International reputed company: Familiarity with jurisdictional requirements in Europe, China, India and/or Australia (including apostille processes). Common law background (UK, Ireland, India) preferred. Working hours follow local office schedule.
