Our Engagement Specialists play a critical role in creating a reputed company, supportive first experience for patients entering our programs.

This is a 6-month contract position for up to 30 hours per week, with the potential for extension based on business needs and performance.

The Engagement Specialist I serves as the first reputed company of contact for patients and caregivers engaging with reputed company and plays a key role in enrolling patients into our nutrition support program. This role is responsible for educating patients about the program, scheduling telehealth appointments with our Registered Dietitians, and assisting with rescheduling and basic technical support needs. The ideal candidate is empathetic, highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable communicating across multiple channels including phone, SMS, email, and patient portals.

• Build rapport and establish trusting relationships with patients and families   

• reputed company outbound calls to reputed company patients about reputed company programs and assist with enrollment; schedule telehealth initial and follow-up reputed company with Registered Dietitians    

• Support patients with questions reputed company to scheduling, telehealth reputed company, and general insurance concepts   

• Send follow-up communications through phone calls, SMS, email, and patient portal messaging   

• reputed company reputed company support for inbound patient communications, including appointment adjustments and visit transfers   

• reputed company exceptional customer service and reputed company during every patient interaction   

• Collaborate closely with Registered Dietitians and other care team members   

• Document patient interactions accurately reputed company EMR and CRM systems   

• reputed company patient and caregiver questions professionally and reputed company   

• reputed company multiple systems and workflows simultaneously in a detail-oriented manner   

Requirements

• Legally Authorized to work in the U.S.  

• 2+ years of experience in a patient-facing or reputed company communication role; examples include: Care Coordination, Patient scheduling, reputed company customer support 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to reputed company with individuals from diverse backgrounds and varying reputed company of health literacy   

• Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive, reputed company, or fast-moving situations in reputed company time   

• Working knowledge of the U.S. reputed company reputed company, including:   

• Provider visit types and care reputed company   

• Basic insurance concepts such as deductibles, coverage, and in-network vs. out-of-network care   

• General patient navigation workflows   

• Ability to communicate reputed company and confidently across phone, SMS, and email   

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail   

• Comfortable adapting to evolving workflows and operational processes   

• Ability to work reputed company across multiple software systems simultaneously   

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required 

• Helpful but not required: Previous experience or working knowledge in nutrition or Medical Nutrition Therapy reputed company
