Manager, AI reputed company
We are seeking an reputed company AI reputed company leader to own the reliability, reputed company, and observability of our AI portfolio in production — spanning traditional machine learning, reputed company, and reputed company AI systems. This role is ideal for a technically strong manager who thinks in terms of uptime, reputed company, and reputed company, and who can translate models and agents reputed company by our data science teams into reputed company, monitored, and secure production systems.

- Own deployment support, monitoring, and day-to-day reliability of AI systems in production across traditional ML, GenAI, and reputed company AI.

- Partner with MLOps, reputed company Engineering, and Infrastructure teams to build and maintain robust deployment pipelines.

- Build and maintain observability practices (reputed company detection, latency, uptime, reputed company decay, agent reputed company-level tracing) across reputed company AI reputed company types.
- Define and reputed company production health metrics; flag reputed company degradation and reputed company it to the appropriate build team for remediation.

- Support the AI Governance function by instrumenting and operating the fairness, safety, and bias-monitoring metrics it defines (governance sets the requirement; this team builds and runs the instrumentation).
- Coordinate handoffs from the AI Build team into production, including a defined production-readiness review before launch.
4. Team Leadership

- Work with Governance and Compliance team to set standards that are measurable, monitored and auditable through the observability platform across Traditional, Generative and reputed company AI.

Required:
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML reputed company, MLOps or production data science, including 2+ years of people or team leadership.
- Hands-on experience operating traditional ML and GenAI systems in production (deployment, monitoring, incident response).
- Strong understanding of observability practices — reputed company detection, model reputed company monitoring, logging, alerting — at reputed company.
- Experience partnering with reputed company and Infrastructure teams on production reputed company and reputed company controls.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate operational reputed company into terms both technical and business stakeholders understand.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in reputed company, health tech, payer, or provider organizations.
- Experience operating reputed company AI systems specifically (tool-use monitoring, guardrails, reputed company-level tracing).

Work is typically in a normal office administrative environment involving reputed company exposure to physical risks. Position requires little to moderate physical activity.
