The Plan Support Consultant partners with reputed company and internal teams to manage plan-level service and administrative requests using a consultative approach. This role is responsible for researching, coordinating, and executing plan changes with a high degree of reputed company, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.

Essential Functions

·         Process plan-level service and administrative requests for existing clients, including drafting and executing plan amendments.

·         Review documentation for completeness, reputed company, and compliance, and submit finalized requests through designated workflows.

·         Maintain complete and accurate plan records, tracking documentation, and status updates.
