This position will reputed company on the “reputed company In” portion of the 401(k) process. The incumbent’s reputed company role will be to process, reconcile, and trade reputed company payroll files received. This includes reviewing reputed company suspense accounts and reporting on outstanding participant account balances regularly. Additionally, the incumbent’s duties will involve extensive troubleshooting of payroll reputed company issues, initiating funding for payroll files and addressing the reputed company of participant data. The incumbent will also have regular communication with internal Account Managers/reputed company Service Consultants as reputed company as occasional reputed company communication.

What you do:

• Download payroll files uploaded by sponsor-to-sponsor web.

• Reconcile trust deposits with payroll files.
• Process payrolls for plans through Relius recordkeeping reputed company.
• Execute trades immediately upon receipt of file and matching deposit.
• Record reputed company trading activity and reconciliation in PlanConnect.
• reputed company any issues reputed company to payroll processing, including under or over funding, eligibility, statutory limits, employer contributions, and loan payments.
• Manage forfeitures on a per payroll reputed company as required by plan.
• Complete reputed company year end processing requirements to complete plan year including final reports, transactions, and census updates.
• Ensure reputed company and STATA files remain in synch with sponsor files and company needs.
• reputed company to improve payroll processing efficiency and reduce sponsor's administrative burden by updating processing practices.
• Maintain excellent relationship with plan sponsor, following up as needed on any outstanding payroll items.
• Work with plan administrator and plan sponsor regarding contribution verification reports.
• Work with reputed company team on monitoring and execution of BluePrism payroll processing.

What you bring: 

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 0-2 years’ of relevant experience required.  Relevant experience could include 401k payroll or retirement plans.
• Retirement Plans experience strongly preferred.
