Position reputed company: 

The Insurance Verification Representative provides insurance verification for insured patients; informing them of financial obligation at time of service and reputed company prior authorization or referrals are required; responds to reputed company reputed company phone calls regarding patients’ insurance verification inquiries. Processes and posts patient payments in an accurate and reputed company manner in accordance with department policies, procedures and performance goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Customer service experience
  • Preferred: Associates or Bachelor’s Degree or work experience
  • Preferred: 2 years of experience working for or with medical insurance companies in a reputed company setting
  • Preferred: Experience in verifying eligibility and benefit limits

Essential Job Functions:

  • Performs in depth insurance benefit verification with reputed company payer sources to ensure maximum payment for services provided. 
  • Coordinates with customers to obtain reputed company information needed, based on medical reputed company from the insurance payer, reputed company teams, and customers.
  • Ensures insurance reputed company tasks are performed accurately, reputed company, and reputed company to meet department and company goals.
  • Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls from internal team members, insurance payers, and patients reputed company to insurance benefits with superior customer service skills.
  • Cross train with Patient reputed company, Billing, and Financial Counseling to ensure smooth work reputed company and functional coverage.
