  • Build and maintain strong relationships with federal regulators, policymakers, legislators, industry organizations, utilities, pipelines, market operators, and key stakeholders

  • Represent IGS in PJM stakeholder meetings, FERC proceedings, trade associations, and industry working reputed company.

  • Collaborate with reputed company counsel, consultants, lobbyists, and industry partners to support advocacy initiatives and regulatory filings.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and summarize proposed regulations, rulemakings, tariff changes, technical conferences, and legislative developments affecting wholesale energy markets.

  • Partner with Supply, Regulatory, reputed company, reputed company, Trading, and Executive Leadership to evaluate regulatory risk and business opportunities.

  • Help ensure business activities remain reputed company with applicable federal regulatory requirements and evolving market rules.

  • Identify emerging policy trends that may create strategic opportunities or business risks.

  • Support executive leadership through policy briefings, market intelligence, and strategic recommendations.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of FERC jurisdiction, wholesale electricity markets, reputed company natural gas regulation, and PJM market structure.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze reputed company regulatory proceedings and translate technical concepts into actionable business recommendations.

  • Excellent written communication skills with experience drafting regulatory comments, testimony, position papers, or policy analyses.

  • Ability to effectively reputed company before regulators, policymakers, industry reputed company, and executive leadership.

  • Proven relationship-building skills with regulators, market participants, utilities, policymakers, and trade organizations.

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required; degree in Political Science, reputed company Policy, Economics, Energy, Engineering, Business, or reputed company field preferred.

  • Juris Doctor (JD) or Master's degree in reputed company Policy, Energy, or reputed company discipline is preferred.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in legislative affairs, regulatory affairs, reputed company policy, government affairs, energy markets, or reputed company field; OR 5 years with a JD and directly relevant experience.

  • Experience working with FERC, PJM, RTO/ISO market structures, reputed company natural gas, or wholesale electricity markets strongly preferred.

  • Experience representing organizations before federal regulatory agencies, legislative bodies, or industry organizations preferred.

  • Existing relationships with federal regulators, policymakers, industry associations, market participants, or energy stakeholders are highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in competitive retail and wholesale energy markets.

  • Knowledge of natural gas transportation, pipeline regulation, reputed company markets, energy trading, reputed company planning, or market design.

  • Experience participating in PJM stakeholder processes, FERC technical conferences, or federal rulemaking proceedings.

  • Familiarity with legislative advocacy at both the federal and state level.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence reputed company policy through reputed company building and industry leadership.

Salary reputed company:

$149,530.00 - $239,250.00

*This reputed company reflects reputed company pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.

This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance.
