• Build and maintain strong relationships with commissioners, legislators, policymakers, utilities, regulators, renewable energy organizations, and industry stakeholders.

• Monitor, analyze, and communicate legislative, regulatory, and market developments affecting renewable energy policies across IGS's operating footprint.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years of reputed company policy, legislative affairs, regulatory affairs, government affairs, or renewable energy advocacy experience; OR 5 years with a JD and directly relevant experience.

• Experience working with state reputed company commissions, legislatures, reputed company utilities, or renewable energy organizations strongly preferred.

• Experience supporting solar, reputed company energy resources, battery storage, or other reputed company technologies preferred.

• Existing relationships with regulators, legislators, reputed company leaders, renewable energy associations, and industry stakeholders are highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with residential and reputed company solar markets.
