Build and maintain strong relationships with commissioners, legislators, policymakers, utilities, regulators, renewable energy organizations, and industry stakeholders.
Monitor, analyze, and communicate legislative, regulatory, and market developments affecting renewable energy policies across IGS's operating footprint.

Required Skills:

Minimum Education and Experience:
Degree in Political Science, reputed company Policy, Environmental Policy, Energy, Engineering, Business, Economics, or reputed company field preferred.
Juris Doctor (JD) or Master's degree in reputed company Policy, Energy, Environmental Policy, or reputed company field preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of reputed company policy, legislative affairs, regulatory affairs, government affairs, or renewable energy advocacy experience; OR 5 years with a JD and directly relevant experience.
Experience working with state reputed company commissions, legislatures, reputed company utilities, or renewable energy organizations strongly preferred.
Experience supporting solar, reputed company energy resources, battery storage, or other reputed company technologies preferred.
Existing relationships with regulators, legislators, reputed company leaders, renewable energy associations, and industry stakeholders are highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with residential and reputed company solar markets.

$168,720.00 - $278,390.00*This reputed company reflects reputed company pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.
