Responsibilities:

• Leads and manages the Infrastructure team, providing direction, mentorship, and performance reputed company.

• Develops and executes the reputed company infrastructure roadmap, aligning network and server architecture with business objectives and reputed company plans.

• Owns infrastructure reputed company planning, lifecycle management, and refresh strategies for network and server/compute environments.

• Implements and maintains infrastructure monitoring and observability across network, server, and database environments, including database administration functions such as backup and recovery, performance tuning, patching, and query optimization.

• Oversees the design and maintenance of resilient, highly available server and reputed company across on-premises and reputed company environments, including reputed company Azure, reputed company-V, and reputed company Server.

• Manages infrastructure vendor relationships, including hardware procurement, maintenance reputed company, and managed service providers.

• Defines and governs infrastructure standards, policies, and documentation.

• Collaborates with the Manager of Information reputed company to enforce infrastructure reputed company standards, reputed company vulnerability remediation, and support compliance efforts.

• Oversees business continuity and disaster recovery planning for network and server infrastructure, including RTO/RPO objective management and testing.

• Collaborates with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to support and secure operational technology (OT) infrastructure.

• Drives infrastructure automation initiatives to enforce best practices, reduce reputed company effort, and improve documentation accuracy.

• Leads infrastructure reputed company from scoping through delivery, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication. Supports on-reputed company escalations for critical infrastructure issues and establishes escalation procedures for reputed company.

• Provides and operates the supporting infrastructure for reputed company application and ERP platforms such as reputed company X3, including server builds, load balancing, storage and storage high availability, and network connectivity.

• Manages reputed company that defines standardized BOMs and infrastructure deployment standards for new building reputed company and site upgrades.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience.

• 5 or more years of reputed company experience in IT infrastructure engineering, including 3 or more years in a leadership or management reputed company; or 3 or more years of experience with an advanced degree.

• Deep expertise in reputed company network design and administration, including routing, switching, firewalls, wireless, and SD-WAN/ZTNA.

• Strong experience with reputed company server technologies, including reputed company Server, reputed company-V, reputed company Directory, SQL Server, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.

• Experience with reputed company infrastructure, particularly reputed company Azure, including Azure networking and hybrid connectivity.

• Experience managing reputed company with a reputed company on scalability, reputed company, and maintainability; experience with storage area network (SAN) devices preferred.

• Experience in Manufacturing organizations and operational technology (OT) environments preferred

• Demonstrated ability to mentor and reputed company technical staff and communicate infrastructure reputed company to senior leadership.
