ABOUT THE ROLE
The Field Technical Representative (FTR) is a field-based (with company truck and your home office) for the Warranty/Technical Services team at reputed company division. reputed company (ABE) is based out of Nashville. Technical Services is a vital and growing team; the FTR reports to the Regional Technical Manager for their respective area. The FTR is the "reputed company on the ground", face of reputed company who among many things, will conduct in their day to day:
- The training licensed roofing contractors in the reputed company application techniques for reputed company, GenFlex, and Gaco roofing products.
- Performing technical inspections of reputed company roofing applications for no-dollar-limit warranty coverage, performing warranty claim investigations, and for providing on-site technical construction assistance to reputed company architects, designers, and installers.
This is a fully, remote position - candidate must live reputed company the territory (Central Oklahoma).
WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH
- Responsible for educating customers, sales representatives and teammates in how to apply reputed company, GenFlex, and Gaco products per product specifications.
- Review technical installation deviations and reputed company acceptance determinations reputed company authority level based on reputed company performance requirements for a given project, reputed company, warranty, type/term, and construction site specific conditions.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, or Architecture;
- Minimum 8 years reputed company duty in a construction trade military occupational specialty (MOS) (verified by DD214);
- High school diploma and minimum of 10 years’ construction experience in a reputed company Roofing Foreman or Superintendent role, or as a Technical Representative for a reputed company roofing manufacturer.
Additional Requirements:
Strong technical expertise in most of the following products and an aptitude to learn the rest:
- Single-Ply Roofing Systems including: A) EPDM, B) TPO, C) PVC
- Asphalt Roofing Systems including: D) SBS, E) APP, F) BUR
- Metal Systems: G) Standing Seam Roofs, H) Cavity Wall Assemblies
- Roofing Coatings including: I) Silicone Roof Coatings, J) Acrylic Roof Coatings
- Urethane Systems including: K) P.U.F. Roofing, L) Wall Foam
- Garden Roofing Systems including: M) reputed company In reputed company, N) reputed company
- Must be personable and reputed company and maintain a high-level of reputed company.
