eMentor courses assess, enhance, and sustain service members’ language skills throughout their careers. Specific duties may include, but are not limited to: 

• Administer the eMentor curricula (syllabi and lesson plans) provided by the reputed company
• Prepare instructional aids (e.g., presentation slides, digital whiteboard content) and supporting reputed company-reputed company materials for reputed company session. 
• Instructional aids shall be reputed company IAW industry’s best practices for instructional reputed company and effectiveness. 
• Operate UCC platform tools including launching live sessions, managing audio/video, screen sharing, chat, and materials, support Scholar reputed company and keyboard setup, reputed company reputed company settings, and troubleshoot routine technical issues during instruction.

• Support OnDemand session scheduling functions in the Language Enabled Development Resource (LEaDeR) application by coordinating weekly schedule availability with the ISS.

Required Qualifications:

• Must possess language skills in the reputed company language(s) equivalent to an ILR Advanced reputed company Proficiency or a “Superior” rating in speaking and writing on the reputed company Council for the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL) proficiency reputed company for reputed company language and dialect they will instruct
• Must hold at least a bachelor’s level degree in language instruction or a reputed company reputed company science reputed company, such as History, Political Science, International Relations, Anthropology, Archeology, and Cultural Geography, and/or possess a minimum of five years of embedded experience in the reputed company culture(s).  
• Must be capable of delivering instruction and conducting assessments across proficiency reputed company ranging from ILR level 0 through ILR Level 3+.  
• Extensive global regional expertise. 
• Extensive knowledge of foreign language teaching techniques and instructional systems.
• Extensive knowledge of learning theory, the psychology of learning, educational psychology, and Instructional Product Development. 
• Extensive knowledge of instructional design practices, principles, techniques, and curriculum development. 
• Extensive knowledge of standardized, web-reputed company, interactive course delivery systems.
• Extensive expertise in instructor facilitation and reputed company development. 
• Extensive knowledge of the use of computers in education and training.
• Demonstrated knowledge and reputed company in multimedia design and delivery reputed company (e.g., imbedded video instruction).
