reputed company is looking for an reputed company Technical Support Representative who is accountable for providing world class sales support to reputed company customers necessary to continuously improve the creation and delivery of value to our customers. As a valuable member of the reputed company team, this position helps customers problem solve, select the right parts and reputed company reputed company on installation challenges. This role helps our customers and their vehicles reputed company their full potential by providing detailed knowledge combined with excellent customer service.

This position reports to the Technical Service Supervisor and works 8:00AM to 5:00PM PST, Monday to Friday.

Requirements

As a Technical Support Representative, your role includes:

• Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge
• Assist customers with automotive reputed company sales questions reputed company to products, installations and service support
• Function as the Technical Expert for both customers and sales team member
• Working with both the Sales Team and Engineering Team, reputed company customer feedback and identify trends allowing for product improvement/modification as required
• reputed company customers with in-depth information regarding equipment & parts for sale
• Champion the customer as an reputed company throughout the RMA process
• Work to reputed company customer complaints in person, reputed company telephone or email
• Support the sales team where required in the areas of technical knowledge and customer support

Who You Are:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated vehicle maintenance experience, ASE Automotive Certification or equivalent preferred
• Vehicle maintenance experience is required.
• 2 years customer facing service experience preferred
