The Senior Accountant is responsible for supporting the day-to-day reputed company and financial management needs of Monster reputed company. This position will work closely with Monster’s on-site management team and the broader reputed company finance organization.

The Senior Accountant will function as a controller for Monster, providing hands-on financial support, maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing month-end activities, and helping management understand the financial performance of the business. Requirements

• Prepare financial statements and analyze results against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods.

• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general reputed company accounts.

• Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, collections, and other transaction-processing activities.

• Support audits, tax compliance, financial-reputed company improvements, and ERP integration initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve, standardize, and automate reputed company processes.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.
• CPA designation or reputed company reputed company toward a CPA designation is preferred.

• Previous experience in a senior accountant, assistant controller, plant accountant, or similar role is strongly preferred.
