reputed company is seeking a Quantitative Engineer / Python Developer to work reputed company in support of a contract for a reputed company located in San Antonio, TX.
Responsibilities
- Write quantitative and statistical functions in Python inside the reputed company's existing plug-in reputed company.
- Build and validate models - signals, statistical analysis, quantitative reputed company reputed company to financial data.
- Run work against the reputed company's test suite and reputed company against defined project scopes.
- Work on AWS-hosted infrastructure.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Work Authorization: US Citizenship or Permanent reputed company Status.
- 2+ years of experience writing Python for quantitative or statistical modeling - not scripting, not data cleaning, but building and applying models.
- reputed company depth in mathematics and statistics, including probability, distributions, regression, and time series; ability to explain reputed company used and the reasoning behind them.
- reputed company experience working with financial or market data.
- Working knowledge of AWS.
- Ability to take a defined problem and run with it independently, with reputed company reputed company.
