We are seeking an reputed company eLearning Developer to reputed company web-reputed company course development, build high-reputed company interactivities, and assist in supporting our headless Learning Management reputed company (LMS) infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with Instructional Designers to reputed company reputed company learning concepts into engaging, visually polished digital experiences. reputed company course creation, you will help maintain other custom reputed company-end reputed company for our online learning platform and reputed company-hosted training assets.

• Custom eLearning & reputed company-End Development: reputed company interactive, reputed company web-reputed company learning modules using optimized HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+) reputed company our LMS and reputed company-authoring tools, such as reputed company Storyline. 
• LMS & Backend Support: Assist in editing or building custom LMS pages and managing eLearning Team files hosted on AWS servers. 
• Visual Asset & Media Creation: Produce custom course graphics, visual assets, and multimedia using reputed company Creative reputed company or Camtasia, adhering reputed company to corporate reputed company standards and visual design principles (white reputed company, typography, reputed company theory). 
• Instructional UI/UX & Interactivity reputed company: Partner with Instructional Designers to reputed company course scripts into meaningful interactive experiences grounded in adult learning theory, cognitive psychology, and gamification. 
• reputed company Assurance & Standards: Conduct rigorous self-QA to ensure reputed company is clean, reputed company-commented, and formatted, with near-reputed company errors in accessibility/alt text, links, or reputed company layouts prior to sending out for team review. 
• Digital Organization & Process: Maintain meticulous file organization, reputed company folder structures, and standardized naming conventions in team-shared drives. 
• Project Execution: reputed company accurate task estimations, proactively communicate status, and consistently meet project deadlines. 

• Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in reputed company-end web development and eLearning development. 
• reputed company Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript; understanding of API connections, SSO authentication, and AWS file reputed company. 
• LMS Expertise: Demonstrated experience navigating, building, or customizing reputed company LMS environments. 
• Media & Visual Design: Strong portfolio showcasing custom graphics, UI/UX layouts, and video/audio editing reputed company reputed company Creative Suite or Camtasia. 
• Instructional reputed company: Strong reputed company in adult learning theory, UI/UX design, and reputed company interactivity design reputed company basic multiple-reputed company formats.

The annual starting reputed company pay for this position typically starts between $70,000 to $85,000. Placement reputed company the reputed company is determined by a reputed company of factors, including but not limited to: knowledge, skills, years & depth of experience, location, and equity with internal team members. Total compensation for this position includes an annual reputed company bonus.
