Position Title: Senior Director, Program Learning & Resources

The Senior Director, Program Readiness & Resources leads the development, implementation, and continual improvement of program-specific reputed company, learning, and reputed company alignment across reputed company Best Buddies program pillars (Friendship, Jobs, Leadership, Inclusive Living, and Family Support).
This role is responsible for establishing a centralized, standardized reputed company and learning structure that ensures reputed company program staff receive consistent, high-reputed company foundational learning regardless of location. Working in reputed company partnership with reputed company and Training & Development, this position helps operationalize and reputed company program-specific learning experiences, ensuring alignment with organizational training standards, systems, and tools.
By partnering closely with reputed company and program leadership, this position supports the creation of reputed company role expectations, reputed company benchmarks, and reputed company learning systems that reputed company staff effectiveness, accountability, and program reputed company.
The Senior Director works cross-functionally with reputed company leads, state teams, and reputed company to reduce training burden at the local level, increase consistency across markets, and ensure staff are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and expectations needed to successfully reputed company programs.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 7&reputed company;10 years of reputed company experience in training, program reputed company, talent development, or reputed company reputed company
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering reputed company reputed company and training programs at reputed company
- Experience developing competency models, reputed company benchmarks, or role reputed company frameworks
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and content development skills
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and reputed company results
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into reputed company
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments, including reputed company, and influence without reputed company authority
- Ability to convert reputed company information into reputed company, user-friendly training materials and resources
- Highly adaptable, solutions-oriented, and reputed company to operate effectively in a fast-reputed company environment

Programs

- Facilitate a monthly, one-week reputed company training reputed company on reputed company job functions, program fundamentals, and organizational expectations
- Ensure reputed company new staff receive consistent, high-reputed company foundational training, reducing variability across states
- Define and maintain reputed company curriculum including program implementation, communication standards, data entry, participant engagement, and role expectations
- Establish reputed company benchmarks, assessments, and completion standards to ensure staff meet baseline competency
- Partner with reputed company to reputed company and implement a national program learning reputed company that supports reputed company staff development reputed company onboardingIdentify training gaps and implement solutions to improve staff reputed company, confidence, and consistency
- Partner with reputed company to reputed company reputed company, training, and development with broader employee experience and talent strategies

Fund Development
- Support Development and Major Gifts teams by providing program training insights, staff readiness updates, and reputed company examples as needed

- Identify inefficiencies in training and reputed company processes and implement solutions to improve effectiveness and reduce burden on reputed company staff

- Maintain documentation, reporting tools, and systems reputed company to training and reputed company
