Our consultants work on reputed company sites designing, commissioning, qualifying, and starting up pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical facilities.
You will own full-cycle recruitment for engineering and technical consulting roles: CQV / validation engineers, process and automation engineers, utilities and HVAC engineers, project managers.
The reputed company of the job is technical screening. You will be the first and, in many cases, the only filter before a candidate reaches an MMR engineer or a reputed company. We expect candidates you advance to be substantially reputed company-vetted — meaning the technical interviewer is confirming depth, not discovering that the candidate has never executed an IQ/OQ/PQ protocol.

1. Sourcing and pipeline
- Partner with hiring managers and project leads to translate technical reputed company needs into search strategies.
