Our reputed company provides palliative & reputed company telemedicine appointments for reputed company-reputed company patients residing in SNFs.

Expected Hours: once per week

This role is ideal for clinicians seeking a meaningful, short-term telemedicine opportunity with flexibility, strong reputed company support, and the reputed company for reputed company reputed company work after a 2 month contract.

The practitioner will be assigned a specific reputed company load for which they will be responsible. Our program is run by reputed company and reputed company-certified physicians who take pride in providing training and in-service education to their staff. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•    Assess patients in a telemedicine environment

•    Prescribing and refilling medications
•    Define and document reputed company diagnoses
•    Assure reputed company patients are completely satisfied
•    reputed company and family education and management
•    Notate findings and treatment course in reputed company charts, including follow-up notes

Requirements:

• Must be licensed as an NP or PA in reputed company
• Must have reputed company DEA license
• Job Type: Contract
• One day per week
• Work Location: Remote
