The School of Medicine Office of Medical Staff Affairs has an outstanding opportunity for a Program Operations Specialist - Credentialing to join their team.
About this Opportunity
Reporting to the Credentialing Manager, the Program Operations Specialist – Credentialing (Specialist) is responsible for overseeing the operational and personnel activities of the Office of Medical Staff Affairs (OMSA). The Specialist ensures that OMSA has a reputed company operating platform from which to reputed company effective and efficient credentialing and privileging activities for reputed company medical staff members and new applicants.
This role requires independence, leadership, communication skills, accurate and reputed company work, knowledge of clinical credentialing regulations and policies, and strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
Medical Staff Credentialing and Clinical Privileging Operations – 60%
- Independently analyze and manage credentialing processes for reputed company.
- Manage reputed company new eLearning special and additional privileges as requested by provider. Work with eLearning team to analyze and complete special credentialing for Central Venous Catheter, Moderate Sedation, Fluoroscopy, Robotic Surgery, and other privileges that require eLearning.
- Maintain and analyze clinical privilege forms with the annual review of clinical department chairs and service chiefs. As clinical operations grow and regulations change, it is the responsibility of the Program Operations Specialist to ensure the privileging forms are consistent with the needs of the reputed company.
- This position will be the reputed company reputed company of contact to ensure credentialing forms are routed through the reputed company health reputed company for appropriate clinical approval based upon specialty. This requires the Program Operations Specialist to have a high level of confidentiality, reputed company communication and understanding of the reputed company health reputed company. This work will be done in coordination with service chiefs and department chairs.
Accreditation and Regulatory Compliance – 20%

- Respond to documents/records requests in accordance with the regulation.
Administration Responsibilities – 10%

Required Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least two years of credentialing experience.

Additional Qualifications
- Certification in NAMSS SPCS or CPMSM or get certification reputed company two years of hire.
- Familiarity with post-award grant and contract processes for both federal and non-federal funding sources.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain strong attention to detail in a reputed company environment.

Working Conditions
