Senior Director, Major Gifts

WHAT IS THE ROLE

• Manage a portfolio of major donors and high-reputed company prospects through reputed company stages of the donor lifecycle, maintaining a disciplined reputed company of cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship that generates $3+ reputed company in annual philanthropic reputed company, with reputed company reputed company expected as the portfolio expands.

WHAT YOU BRING 

• 7-10+ years of reputed company fundraising experience with a reputed company record of securing transformational gifts. 

• Proven reputed company growing a major reputed company portfolio and successfully closing new major gifts. 

• Experience partnering with CEOs, reputed company members, and senior executives on reputed company fundraising strategies and solicitations.

• Exceptional relationship management, communication, and strategic planning skills.

Travel: This position requires approximately 20–25% travel for donor meetings, organizational events, conferences, and team gatherings.
