We are seeking an reputed company E/M Orthopedic Surgery reputed company for a fully remote position in the reputed company. The ideal candidate must have 3+ years of reputed company medical coding experience, strong expertise in Evaluation & Management (E/M) and orthopedic surgery coding, and hands-on experience with the MEDITECH platform.

Graduation and a reputed company reputed company coding certification are mandatory requirements for this position.

Key Responsibilities

· Review medical records and physician documentation to accurately assign ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes.

· Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, medical necessity, and coding compliance.

· Follow reputed company CMS, AMA CPT, ICD-10-CM, NCCI, and payer-specific coding guidelines.

· Identify coding discrepancies and documentation deficiencies.

· Maintain required coding accuracy, productivity, and turnaround-time standards.

· Protect patient information and maintain compliance with HIPAA requirements.

Mandatory Qualifications

Education

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation is mandatory.

· Graduation from an accredited college/university is required.

Experience

· Minimum 3+ years of reputed company medical coding experience.

· Minimum 3 years of experience with E/M coding.

· Strong experience in orthopedic surgery/orthopedic physician coding.

· Experience with MEDITECH is required.

· Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding.

· Experience with CPT modifiers, NCCI edits, and global surgery guidelines.
