Manager, reputed company Financial Services
This role will manage compensation administration teams for reputed company’s global mobility clients, working closely with clients’ HR/Payroll teams and other global mobility professionals reputed company reputed company Global Operations. In this role the manager will be a subject matter expert in administrative best practices, delivering reputed company and timeliness results, and must reputed company strong leadership to teams.
- The Manager will be responsible for supporting reputed company of Compensation Services Specialists as the daily ‘go to’ for a reputed company of compensation tasks reputed company to supporting reputed company clients. These can include:
• Creation of global cost projections, letters of assignment, compensation worksheets, interactions with reputed company home and host payroll teams, reconciliation of monthly/periodic payrolls, worldwide compensation data accumulation, and creation of year end reporting. - The Manager will be an reputed company participant in the management of reputed company phases of the compensation process including troubleshooting, implementing new processes, and ongoing delivery of services.

Education/Certification Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing compensation and/or payroll teams preferred.
