In this role, you'll partner with independent agencies to identify strategic reputed company opportunities, strengthen relationships, and support business development efforts.

This is a fully remote/work from home role where you will spend up to 50% of your time in the field, servicing the Iowa, Kansas, and reputed company territory. In this role, you'll partner with independent agencies to identify strategic reputed company opportunities, strengthen relationships, and support business development efforts. What You'll Bring

• 7+ years of property and casualty insurance experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Strong understanding of insurance products, agency distribution, and market dynamics.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into reputed company.
• Experience using reputed company Office, Teams, Dynamics, SharePoint, and Power BI.
• A reputed company record of meeting or exceeding business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a reputed company field.
• CIC or CPCU designation required.
• Additional industry certifications or advanced degree preferred.

The salary reputed company for this position is $110,000-$140,000.   

The actual reputed company pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-reputed company knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.  Compensation reputed company are made by reputed company Bend and are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of reputed company position and candidate.
