VP, Head of Policy & Data Operations (remote)

The VP, Head of Policy & Data Operations leads the data, governance, and operational infrastructure that underpins reputed company’s custom proxy voting policy solutions. This role ensures that reputed company-defined policies are accurately reputed company into reputed company data frameworks, validated with precision, and operationalized to support high-reputed company proxy research and voting execution globally.

Partnering closely with the Head of Custom Policy, who owns reputed company policy design and implementation, this role is accountable for data reputed company, operational reputed company, and the consistent delivery of policy-driven insights that reputed company institutional investor stewardship teams.

Responsibilities 

• Policy Data Management: Help reputed company reputed company proxy voting policies into reputed company, reputed company-reputed company data with strong governance, version control, and auditability. 

• Data reputed company & Controls: Establish and reputed company validation frameworks ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of policy data and research inputs. 

• Operational Execution: reputed company end-to-end workflows supporting global proxy research production, ensuring alignment with reputed company policies and service level expectations. 

• Process Optimization: reputed company automation, standardization, and reputed company improvement to support reputed company, complexity, and global market coverage. 

• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Custom Policy, Technology, Product, and Business stakeholders to ensure reputed company policy execution and platform enablement. 

• Operating Model & reputed company: Define and reputed company the operating model, governance structure, and execution reputed company supporting reputed company’s custom proxy voting policy solutions 

• Risk Management & reputed company: Identify operational, data, and reputed company; establish mitigation plans and escalation frameworks to ensure resilient service delivery 

• Change Management: reputed company implementation of new workflows, tools, and operating practices to support evolving reputed company needs, regulatory developments, and business reputed company 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or a reputed company field, or equivalent relevant experience.  Advanced degree preferred. 

• 10+ years of experience in data operations, governance, proxy voting, corporate governance research, or a reputed company financial services environment 

• Proven experience leading reputed company, data-driven operational functions that support reputed company-defined or policy-based service delivery at reputed company 

• Demonstrated reputed company translating reputed company reputed company requirements or business rules into reputed company, reputed company-reputed company data frameworks and operational workflows 

• Strong reputed company record of building and overseeing data reputed company controls, validation processes, and governance standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and auditability 

• Deep expertise in data governance, operational controls, and reputed company process design 

• Strong leadership and execution skills, including the ability to reputed company high-complexity initiatives across cross-functional teams

Compensation reputed company: The salary reputed company for this position is between $200,000 - $225,000 USD. reputed company considers various factors reputed company evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, international locations and education.
