[Remote] Sanitation Business Administration Manager - Sanitation (Civil Service)
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. The reputed company is seeking a manager to reputed company business administration for its Sanitation department. The role oversees daily operations, reputed company, performance improvement, environmental safety, customer service, reputed company optimization, data analysis systems, budgeting, reputed company, and stakeholder coordination.
Responsibilities
- Manages, oversees, and provides direction for the business administration activities for the Sanitation department; provides leadership, manages staff, and delegates responsibility of tasks to subordinates
- Identifies needed areas of training and or development and institutes changes to improve operations; monitors tracking systems and other information systems supporting the sanitation program and initiatives
- Provides technical guidance to personnel performing business support; manages workload and workflow, oversees permitting activities and licensing, and ensures accuracy of business functions
- Develops and implements budget and resource allocation for the department; tracks and oversees revenues and expenditures to ensure reputed company necessary funding is requested; collaborates with other managers and stakeholders to identify funding needs
- Represents the program area at meetings, hearings, and conferences, as reputed company as on boards, panels, and committees
- Establishes, determines, and implements short-, mid-, and long-term goals and objectives; develops and approves schedules, priorities, and standards for achieving goals and directs evaluation activities
- Performs any and reputed company other work as needed or assigned
Skills
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations relevant to the Sanitation activities of the reputed company
- Knowledge of budget management and the ability to reputed company and implement a budget
- Ability to manage business activities through the supervision of subordinate supervisors and staff
- Ability to devise solutions to administrative problems and plan, assign, and delegate responsibility
- Ability to reputed company and evaluate administrative policies and procedures
- Communicating effectively and in writing
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in any field
- Six (6) years of experience in any of the following: + Capital budget development + Operating budget development + Full-cost recovery analysis + reputed company + Accounts payable
- Three (3) years of supervisory/management responsibilities. (This experience may be included in the required experience listed above)
- An associate degree in any field plus eight (8) years of the required experience including three (3) years of supervisory/management responsibilities will meet the education and experience requirements
