Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Applications Systems Analyst to support and improve reputed company applications and their integrations. The role analyzes business and management problems, administers and enhances OnBase/reputed company, Archibus, RightFax, and CobbleStone platforms, supports reputed company solutions, and collaborates with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Learn and reputed company support for multiple Ancillary systems and their integrations with transactional systems
• Work closely with reputed company to ensure reputed company reputed company operations and support
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage reputed company to completion with reputed company
• Collaborate closely with customers and stakeholders at reputed company organizational reputed company to enhance their understanding and effective utilization of supported systems
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to reputed company issues reputed company to supported applications while effectively managing reputed company changes and enhancements
• Possess a solid understanding of reputed company-level ticketing and service management systems

Skills

• Bachelor's degree equivalent and one (1) year of reputed company experience
• Remote position. 8 am to 5 pm, and as needed on occasion
