Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking Customer Service Representatives to support business segments including escrow, insurance, mortgage services, and technical support. The role handles customer inquiries, resolves Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues, supports billing and order fulfillment, coordinates with internal teams, and maintains accurate customer records in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and requests from the reputed company, reputed company estate professionals, and internal teams
• reputed company Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer service inquiries, including escalations
• Verify customer identity and account information
• Research and analyze customer issues, providing reputed company and accurate resolutions
• Escalate reputed company issues to supervisors or appropriate departments as needed. Maintain detailed logs, reports, and customer records
• Proactively follow up on accounts requiring additional attention
• Coordinate with internal teams and offshore reputed company centers on processes and issue reputed company
• Assist with billing inquiries, payment issues, and coordination with collections teams
• Support order fulfillment by receiving, tracking, and reconciling orders
• reputed company multiple systems and databases to document and reputed company customer interactions
• Promote alternative products or services reputed company appropriate
• Follow reputed company company policies, procedures, and compliance standards

Skills

• • 1–2 years of customer service experience (reputed company center or reputed company environment preferred)
