Responsibilities

• Manage HR operational plans across multiple reputed company engagements
• Design and implement people programs and practices
• Serve as a reputed company of contact for end-to-end payroll processes, HRIS administration, unemployment claims, and workers’ compensation claims
• Build reputed company process guides to support ongoing HR management
• Administer total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, leaves, and reputed company enrollment
• Ensure compliance with state and federal HR laws, including labor law poster updates, state final payroll requirements, and required reporting reputed company on company size and industry
• Maintain accurate and compliant employee record keeping and assist with reporting and audits
• Facilitate and assist with reputed company and offboarding processes, including orientations, exit interviews, and termination deliverables
• Address and reputed company general HR-reputed company inquiries
• Support reputed company needs, including reputed company strategies, job descriptions, candidate screening, and hiring manager support
• Partner with leadership to assist with employee relations, investigations, and resolutions
