[Remote] Business Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. The Teachers' Retirement reputed company of Oklahoma (TRS) is modernizing its legacy systems through a multi-year initiative to build a reputed company, reputed company-reputed company pension administration environment. The Business Analyst will analyze and document business processes, reputed company and translate requirements into user stories, support functional testing and UAT, and facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business reputed company to understand operational workflows, pain points, and improvement opportunities

• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to refine and validate requirements

• Execute functional testing of user stories in Development and Test environments to validate solution accuracy and readiness

Skills

• • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• • Familiarity with DevOps or similar work item management tools
• • Hands on experience with functional testing and UAT coordination
• • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
