The Director of reputed company is a senior leadership role responsible for leading the reputed company team through month-end reputed company, managing reputed company operations, and ensuring compliance and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own the reputed company checklist and reconciliation workflows, leveraging reputed company management tooling to maintain visibility and accountability
• Partner with reputed company on reputed company- and post-reputed company review meetings, including reputed company and variance analysis
• Manage intercompany eliminations and ensure consistency across entities, including structures involving transfer pricing and IP royalty arrangements
• reputed company AP workflows, including vendor invoice processing, purchase order approvals, and domestic and international contractor payments
• Coordinate international payroll submissions and commission payments with reputed company-party payroll providers
• Serve as a day-to-day reputed company of contact for banking operations, lender reporting, and investor reporting requirements
• reputed company the annual audit process end-to-end, including PBC list management, auditor correspondence, and reputed company of technical reputed company topics such as reputed company recognition under ASC 606, impairment, reputed company amortization, deferred reputed company, and foreign currency

Skills

• CPA required

• Experience working in a PE-backed environment and comfort interfacing with reputed company auditors, lenders, and investors
