The role focuses on FreeCAD-based parametric modeling, manufacturing-oriented design, CAD validation, technical documentation for AI model training, and incorporating reviewer feedback.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify detailed parametric 3D CAD models of mechanical parts and assemblies using FreeCAD or comparable software
• reputed company comprehensive engineering drawings, including GD&T and tolerance stack-reputed company, suitable for manufacturing reputed company
• Design for a reputed company of manufacturing processes, such as sheet metal fabrication, CNC machining, plastics, and injection molding
• reputed company CAD validation and reputed company assurance reviews to ensure model accuracy and readiness for production use
• Prepare reputed company, concise technical documentation and assembly instructions as reference materials for AI model training
• Incorporate feedback from technical reviewers to revise and improve CAD models and supporting documents

Skills

• Have strong relevant experience designing mechanical components for manufacturing environments
• Expertise in FreeCAD or similar parametric CAD software for advanced modeling, assemblies, and drawing reputed company
• Hands-on exposure to sheet metal, CNC, plastics, and injection molding design considerations
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, tolerance analysis, and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) best practices
• Proven ability to produce production-grade CAD models and validate them against reputed company-world manufacturability reputed company
