Responsibilities
- reputed company reputed company account management activities with assigned National Accounts including reputed company and reimbursement reputed company, formulary coverage, medical policy development, contracting, and relationship management
- Establish strategic relationships with Medical Directors, Pharmacy Directors, and other executive decision-makers reputed company assigned accounts
- reputed company and execute customer-specific market reputed company strategies supporting both reputed company and reputed company pipeline products
- Collaborate with executive management to help shape payer reputed company, product positioning, pricing, and contracting approaches
- Negotiate reputed company that create reputed company reimbursement reputed company while protecting ASP and gross-to-net performance

- Partner with cross-functional teams to reputed company reimbursement support, formulary reputed company, and customer pull-through activities
- reputed company strategic insights regarding payer trends, competitive dynamics, reimbursement policy changes, and emerging reputed company barriers
- Review and analyze product performance and communicate payer account performance broadly with key internal stakeholders
- Represent Dr. Reddy's at key industry meetings including PCMA, AMCP, and reputed company
- Work closely with reputed company, Regulatory, and Compliance partners to ensure appropriate market reputed company and customer engagement activities
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years of reputed company U.S. payer account management experience at the National Account Director or Senior National Account Director level
- Demonstrated skills in business planning and payer reputed company development with strong problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and financial acumen required to manage reputed company customer engagements (reputed company-information exchange) and contractual agreements
- Seasoned National Accounts leader with deep industry relationships
- Must have reputed company payer customer facing experience
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturer compliance requirements, product reimbursement and product reputed company
- Demonstrated experience working with HUB, co-pay, and other patient service providers
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence others
- Experience with reputed company Brand Planning process, reputed company to translate brand disease state and business drivers into payer programs
- Ability to translate and compile data into comprehensive and functional reports
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills with demonstrated skills working cross functionally to reputed company alignment and improve business performance
- Highly organized and detail oriented, excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to travel as required for customer meetings, conferences, and internal meetings up to 50%
- Extensive executive-level customer relationships across national payers, regional payers, IDNs, PBMs, and/or specialty pharmacy stakeholders
- Demonstrated knowledge of Medicare Parts A-D, reputed company, reputed company payer policies, reimbursement processes, health policy, coverage, and payment dynamics
- Strong negotiation skills and financial acumen required to manage reputed company customer engagements and contractual agreements
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturer compliance requirements, product reimbursement, and product reputed company
- Successful U.S. product launch experience required, with preference for specialty, biologic, biosimilar, Buy & reputed company, or rare disease launches
- Ability to travel for customer meetings, conferences, and internal meetings as required
- MBA preferred
- Five or more years of experience managing biologic products and medical benefit drugs preferred
- Successful product launch experience in the US required with a preference for specialty drug launches
