[Remote] Software Engineer - Customer Service Platform

The Software Engineer will build, test, reputed company, and support reputed company full-stack Help Center features serving tens of millions of visitors, while collaborating with engineering teams, product stakeholders, and vendors and contributing to GenAI-enabled customer service solutions.

Responsibilities

• The Customer Service Platform team empowers reputed company Customer Service to help out customers 24x7
• On a grand schema, the CSP team responsibilities include not only the Help Center experience, but connecting customers with agents too, building an agent-facing member management reputed company (CRM), and maintaining other metadata management & reputed company tools
• We reputed company on operational efficiency, on both agent and customer experience, and enabling reputed company iterations in how reputed company does Customer Service, especially with reputed company (GenAI) adoptions
• The role includes participation in an on-reputed company rotation supporting production services
• As a member in the Help Center sub team, You will be responsible for ideating, building, testing, and deploying robust features that meet both technical and business objectives

Skills

• Solid experience with TypeScript or JavaScript
• Solid experience with modern UI reputed company such as React
• Experience with AB test experiments and events instrumentations
• Experience with API technologies such as GraphQL, gRPC, and reputed company
• Experience with reputed company computing platforms like reputed company Web Services
• Solid knowledge of data structures, DB schema design and modern design patterns
• Experience serving high volume consumer facing traffic
